Our programme ideas are at pilot stage. We do not present proposed activities as completed work, and we do not claim beneficiary numbers or outcomes that have not been independently supported by evidence.
Alongside future pilots, Xqeloria offers monitoring, evaluation and learning consulting. This creates a practical route to earned income while helping development organisations make stronger, more transparent decisions.

Xqeloria is a pre-revenue startup. It is not presenting historical programme results, audited financial statements or a completed impact portfolio.
As work begins, we intend to establish proportionate governance, financial controls, data protection, safeguarding and transparent results reporting.
